Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Order through our website at flakd.ca/menu or visit us in store.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit/debit cards through Square.
Can I schedule an order for later?+
Yes! Use our scheduling feature to pick your preferred pickup or delivery time.
Delivery
What is your delivery radius?+
We deliver within a 10km radius of our location via Uber Direct.
How long does delivery take?+
Typical delivery time is 25-45 minutes depending on distance and demand.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?+
Minimum delivery order is $15 before delivery fees.
Allergens & Dietary
Do you have allergen information?+
Items with verified allergen information show allergen tags, and the menu's dietary filter can exclude them. An item without tags hasn't been verified yet — please ask a team member before ordering with an allergy.
Are your paratha buns gluten-free?+
No, paratha contains wheat flour. We're exploring GF options.
Do you have vegetarian options?+
Yes! Check our menu for items tagged as vegetarian.
Loyalty & Rewards
How does the loyalty program work?+
Earn 1 point per dollar spent. Unlock tiers (Rookie → Regular → OG → Legend) for increasing rewards.
How do I join?+
Create an account on our website and you're automatically enrolled.
Catering
What's the minimum order for catering?+
Minimum catering order is for 10 people.
How far in advance should I order?+
We recommend at least 48 hours notice for catering orders.
