Win an iPhone 18 Pro

1. Sponsor

The Win an iPhone 18 Pro (the "Contest") is run by Afghan Palace Inc., 65-3505 Odyssey Dr, Mississauga, ON L5M 2S4 (the "Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

2. Contest period

The Contest starts at 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries made outside the Contest Period are not eligible.

3. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and of Flak'd Burger, and the people they live with, are not eligible.

4. How to enter — no purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning compared with the same number of free entries.

Free entry: go to https://flakd.ca/contest, confirm your phone number or email with the one-time code we send you, answer a simple question, and select "Enter free". Limit one (1) free entry per person per day (a day runs from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time).

Entry with a purchase: buy a combo meal from Flak'd Burger in person, at a kiosk or online during the Contest Period. The purchase must be made as a member of the Flak'd Burger rewards program, with the membership on the order: signed in when ordering online, or identified at the counter or kiosk before paying (by phone number, email, or the member's rewards code). Joining the rewards program is free. Each combo meal bought earns one (1) entry; two combos on one order earn two (2) entries.

A free entry has exactly the same value and the same chance of winning as an entry from a purchase.

5. Confirming an entry

Every entry must be confirmed by the entrant: answer a simple arithmetic question and accept these Official Rules. A free entry is confirmed as it is made. An entry from a purchase can be confirmed on the screen right after paying (the customer display, the kiosk or the order page online), or later — from the entrant's rewards account online or a confirmation link we send — until the Contest Period ends. An entry that is not confirmed by the end of the Contest Period is not eligible for the draw.

6. Entry conditions

One rewards account per person; entries are credited to the person who holds the account. An order that is refunded or cancelled loses its entries, and a partly refunded order loses the entries it no longer earns. Entries made by automated or bulk means, or through more than one account per person, are void. The Sponsor's records of entries are final.

7. The prize

There is one (1) prize: an iPhone 18 Pro (Burgundy) (256 GB, unlocked, brand new in box), with an approximate retail value of $1,749.00 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the prize is not available, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of confirmed, eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each entry is one chance, so a person with more entries has proportionally more chances.

9. The draw

On November 4, 2026, the Sponsor will select one (1) entry at random from all confirmed, eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw is made by computer and recorded (the random seed and a fingerprint of the list of entries), so it can be checked afterwards.

10. Before a winner is declared

The selected entrant will be contacted using the phone number or email on their account. Before being declared a winner, they must correctly answer, without help, a mathematical skill-testing question, and may be asked to sign a declaration confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules and releasing the Sponsor from liability in connection with the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, does not answer the question correctly, or does not comply with these rules, they will not win and another entry will be drawn.

11. Privacy

Personal information (name, phone number or email) is collected only to run the Contest: to record entries, contact the selected entrant and award the prize. It is handled under the privacy policy at https://flakd.ca/privacy. The winner's first name and city may be announced only with their permission.

12. General

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited. The Sponsor may end, change or suspend the Contest if it cannot run as planned, subject to any required approval. Any company or brand named in the prize description is not a sponsor of the Contest and is not associated with it.
